Frequently asked questions
Does Fica send messages on its own?
No. You review and send messages yourself. Fica reminds you when to follow up and helps you prepare a reply.
Can I check the AI's conclusions?
Yes. Check profile details and agreements against the chat. If you spoke on the phone or by email, Fica may not have that information. Correct the profile when needed.
How much does it cost?
For free, choose up to 5 chats and load them with the button, once a day. Your client list can contain more people. Fica Pro automatically updates connected conversations for R$45 per month. The first 14 days are free, with no credit card required.
